Do Agencies Help With Docs?
We have several product guides that need to be rewritten before our next update. Nobody on our team has enough free time to handle them properly, so I started looking at a technical writing agency. I have never worked with an agency for technical documents, though. How does the process normally work? Do you send the writer all your notes first, or should the writer speak directly with the people who built the product?
